  • 1.5 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • 0.5 tsp ground coriander
  • 0.3 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.3 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1.5 tsp kosher salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 30 g pine nuts, toasted and roughly chopped
Yogurt-Cucumber Sauce
  • 200 g full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium Lebanese or Persian cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
